At Denhi Creates, each candle is hand-poured with care. Because of this, we handle shipping a little differently to ensure accuracy, quality, and the best experience for our customers.

Shipping Method

We currently ship orders via UPS to provide reliable delivery and competitive shipping rates. By offering flat- rate shipping per order, we ensure you’re only paying the lowest and most accurate shipping cost available.

Processing Time

Because our candles are hand-poured, please allow:

2-3 business days for processing
Additional UPS shipping time based on your location

For refill & custom orders:

Please allow up to 2 weeks of curing time after pouring
